This is not a psychic reading, nor a belief system you’re asked to adopt—it’s a collaborative, meditative process that helps you access insight, coherence, and emotional integration.

Through channeling, clients often gain perspective on long-standing patterns, experience relief from inner tension, and leave with actionable clarity for their next steps.

This work grew out of over a decade of meditation, somatic inquiry, and study across psychology, shamanic practice, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. My approach has been shaped as much by integration, discernment, and ethical reflection as by direct spiritual experience.

How This Work Supports Change

Channeling can be particularly helpful in understanding how patterns in relationships, career, and life direction are shaped by prior experiences and attachment wounds. Healing often involves identifying core motivating beliefs and gently unraveling them.

Over the years, clients have shared that this work has supported:

  • Improved romantic, professional, and family relationships
  • Increased resilience and recovery from stress, burnout, trauma responses, and emotional overwhelm
  • Greater self-trust, self-compassion, and emotional clarity
  • An expanded sense of possibility and courage to move in new directions
  • Less reliance on external validation and clearer discernment around community and belonging
  • A deeper sense of capability and capacity in the areas of life that matter most

Session Structure & Integration

Because of the sometimes consciousness-altering nature of this work—and because sessions often move faster and deeper than expected—I encourage clients to prepare a list of 5–15 questions in advance. This helps create a clear intentional container.

I typically speak with clients before a first session to establish rapport and clarify how best to approach the work. Time is also provided afterward to help ground, orient, and integrate what came through.

Sessions are recorded, and clients often find it helpful to revisit the recording or Zoom transcript to take notes and reflect more deeply. Most sessions cover substantial ground and provide meaningful material for integration before any future work.

Sessions can be one-to-one or shared between friends and partners.

60-minute channeling sessions cost $171.

Prepare 5-15 questions or topics before each session for best results.
