Longer Term Containers
I’m an independent practitioner and self-healing companion. The nature of the work I do and the calling is spiritual and generally serves intelligent and refined seekers ready for change, deeper love, and enacting a passionate calling to serving the greater good
I work with channeling, astrology, somatic awareness, dream/vision interpretation, depth psychology, and many sub-modalities I’ve learned through years of energy-healing work—always in service of your self-directed healing journey.

I call myself a self-healing companion because I’m here to attune to you, mirror you, and understand you—so that you can better understand yourself and move forward with clarity. I have studied healing arts, but you are your own healer. I’m an ally in:
- deconstructing old belief systems
- developing new habits and behaviors
- overcoming freeze, procrastination, and trauma-based hesitation
- managing triggers and sensitive areas through effective communication
- using reflective maps (like astrology) to understand yourself more deeply and make aligned decisions
I offer one-to-one and relational support. For those looking to make real change, I offer discounts to those who sign up for packages and work with me over a period of time for ongoing support and grounded implementation. Sessions take place on Zoom you may download the recording afterwards.

The areas I’m most supportive with
The topics I’m of greatest support with include:
- resolving the roots of looping thoughts and behaviors to discover a life of peace and passion
- interpreting the subconscious and dreaming mind for psychological integration and well-being
- developing healthier communication patterns for better personal and professional relationships
- overcoming patterns of people-pleasing, freeze, self-centeredness, confusion, and emotional looping
- developing the confidence to step into the world as a creative or independent professional
- healing “mysterious” health issues after you’ve tried every logical approach (and still feel there’s something deeper going on)
- and other inquiries rooted in hidden or subconscious realms
Client Success Stories
I have worked with people from all walks of life to face unique situations and inner patterning over the years. I have seen many people go through profound shifts including:
- renewed enthusiasm and satisfaction with life and improved communication and connection within relationships
- healing from self-limiting patterns from trauma that held back career progression and financial flow; people moved from shame and confusion into self-wroth with implementation to find incredible results in fulfilling their intentions
- resolution of mysterious health concerns
- sudden changes of perception that led to self-acceptance and the willingness to be seen
- cultivating courage to implement radical changes in life and begin walking new paths with clarity
Channeling
Channeling
Many people come to me for my work as a channel. What I want to emphasize is this:
Channeling is one of many tools I offer, and the channeling I offer is specialized because of my diverse background and experience.
And it’s most powerful when combined with personal guidance, nervous-system awareness, and grounded implementation.
When I channel, I tune directly to my guides. They speak through my voice, and together we pick up empathically on subtle energetic blockages, belief patterns, and often the roots of those patterns—so you can see them clearly.
Channeling is not a psychic reading.
It’s a collaborative process where we reveal subconscious material and translate it into the mental, emotional, and physical changes needed to bring you into alignment with the life you want to live—while establishing healthier patterns of communication and relationship with the people you want to co-create with.

The greatest benefit of channeling is learning what it really means to flow. It’s not a “go with the flow” where you let go and give it all up to fate. It’s learning how to surrender the control you never actually had to discover your power to change what you can with less friction.
Astrology as a mirror
Astrology is another powerful mirror that often reflects what’s alive in a situation before you even have language for it.
I have over a decade of experience with Western astrology, and several years working with Vedic astrology. My readings are both methodical (rooted in the structure of the system) and intuitive (based on the patterns I see moving through your life in real time).
But again:
My astrology readings are not psychic readings.
And with neither astrology nor channeling do I promise specific future outcomes.
Subtle Energy, Manifestation & What Matters Most
I’m here to help you understand the present—and your power to create the future you want to live.
Anyone promising you a guaranteed future outcome is, in many ways, misleading you. Yes, people have precognitive moments sometimes. But embracing our true power means embracing that the future is unwritten—and that we can do something meaningful with it.
Subtle energy, manifestation, and what matters most
Many energy-healing and shamanistic/ritual traditions involve manifestation, invocation, or attraction. I can support you in learning how to work with subtle energies to create intended results.
And I will always emphasize this:
Practical action steps matter far more than ritualized spaces.
Attention has to translate into reality.
That’s where my work becomes especially helpful.

A cyclical model of inner work: the Loop of Integration & Implementation
I offer a model of inner work that is cyclical and process-oriented. There is no final “beginning” or “end.” We are constantly navigating a loop of internal awareness that supports us in navigating life and creating the experiences we prefer—often in a very non-linear way.
Even within one session, we may move through the entire loop.
1) Impact / Action
We often start with impact—what the actions we’ve taken (and the actions of others) have created within us. Sometimes the work begins here. Sometimes it’s the culmination. In truth, so much of the work happens through action—and through honestly assessing the impact of action.
A core message my guides have always delivered is:
Act on your highest excitement to the best of your ability, with no insistence on a particular outcome.
This is a message echoed by many guides (including Bashar), and my guides have expanded it into a fuller model in the Heart-First teachings.
IMPACT is also an acronym and a mantra in my work: it points to the inner qualities that support healthy, embodied action—and the deeper call many people feel to make a more powerful, positive impact in their own lives and in the world.
2) Interoception
Next is interoception: awareness of the inner body.
This is the felt sense—the connection to subtle energies moving through us. As we connect with sensation, insight arises from the body, and healing becomes possible.
Without inner-body awareness, healing can stay conceptual. Trauma lives at a physical level in the nervous system. Tuning into the inner body is often where the “big, powerful breakthroughs” actually happen.
3) Inquiry
Before we rush to meaning, we ask:
What are these sensations about?
Sometimes tension in the shoulders is simply built-up nervous-system energy, and awareness alone helps it release. Sometimes we are sick to the stomach because of what we are eating, other times we are sick because of what is undigested emotionally. Other times we have to investigate: posture, daily habits, pacing, work patterns, health regimens, emotional boundaries, relational dynamics.
Inquiring the reflection from the guides or from the stars helps in getting clear about where to focus to find the root problems and solutions.
4) Interpretation
This is where the logical mind comes online and we begin to name what’s happening in a grounded way.
Is this physical tension connected to daily habits? Is there a belief behind it? Is there a traumatic imprint beneath behavior that’s maintaining it?
A lot of energy-healing spaces jump straight into “magic”—past lives, cosmic explanations, archetypal stories—before the present life is fully understood.
By including interpretation, we make sure the meaning we create is rooted in reality, not fantasy.
5) Intuition
Then we open the doorway to symbolic meaning.
This is where subconscious imagery might surface. Some people see images or enter a dreamlike altered state. Some receive messages, sounds, or a heightened felt sense of energy moving through the body. This can include connection with the inner self or personal guides.
Through channeling, we can decode what this imagery and information actually means—without bypassing the grounded steps that come before. With astrology, the symbols and archetypes come to life and both verify the truth we cannot deny and reveal the deeper layers.
6) Integration / Implementation
Finally: integration and implementation.
This is where we assess the actions, practices, routines, rituals, symbols, and archetypes that will actually support your next steps.
Integration is not just insight. It is a clear, logical plan moving forward.
And the truth is: sessions become real through your implementation in your life. This phase is where we find the next steps that are practical, doable, and aligned.
Then we loop back again—into impact and action—where you test what you’ve learned through lived experience.
Experimentation and curiosity are key. Even when we do the work sincerely and implement to the best of our ability, we won’t always get what we prefer right away. It’s a continual process of deepening in presence, revealing beliefs, and improving implementation. So we return to the cycle and refine.
The Loop of Rumination & Rehearsal
Some people have been told “all loops are bad loops.” That isn’t true. All behavior loops.
In yoga, this is samskara theory: habit patterns repeat themselves. The question isn’t whether you loop. The question is: which loop are you in?
There’s the healthy loop described above—and there is also a loop that can look like growth while quietly trapping people:
Unconscious Actions & Incomplete Assessment of Impact
Our actions and choices are central to the loop of rumination and rehearsal, though instead they are unconscious actions.
Because interoception, inquiry, and integration are skipped, people jump prematurely from actions and impact into intuition or interpretations—symbolic and emotional meaning—without grounding it in sensation or embodiment. Subconscious material isn’t tested through inquiry. It isn’t metabolized through the body.
Instead of moving into integration, the person jumps into:
Judgment
Unchecked perception and thinking harden into evaluation—often a harsh moral framing of self or other. Either one blames others without self-examination, or collapses into endless self-criticism. In both cases, the conclusion is the same:
“This is bad.”
“I failed.”
“I should have known better.”
Judgment creates urgency. Urgency creates pressure. And under that pressure, real implementation becomes difficult—sometimes impossible. So the loop moves into:
Rumination & Rehearsal
The mind turns to simulation: replaying what happened, predicting what will happen, and scripting what should happen—imagined confrontations, better responses, future corrections, internal scripts. It can feel like progress because it produces a temporary sense of certainty, but it’s usually just control in the mind, not change in the body.
This is the key difference: rumination and rehearsal try to solve reality without contacting reality. They don’t metabolize sensation, they don’t renegotiate boundaries, and they don’t take a real step that life can answer back. And because the loop is fueled by pressure and moral certainty, it often generates a self-centered righteousness—so when reality doesn’t match the script, the outcome can land as shock: a sudden collapse, defensiveness, freezing, or an intensified need to blame.
When action eventually happens from this place, it often goes poorly—not because change is impossible, but because the steps that create grounded change (interoception, inquiry, integration/implementation) were skipped. Failure then becomes new impact, and the cycle repeats.
Integration & Implementation doesn’t guarantee “success” either. You can still make mistakes, misread situations, choose imperfect timing, or learn the hard way. The difference is that the integration loop makes those outcomes usable—because you stay in contact with sensation, you remain curious, you adjust based on feedback, and you refine your next step rather than doubling down on a story.
The off-ramp is interoception. Tuning into sensation before judgment crystallizes interrupts the momentum of the rumination/rehearsal loop. It creates space for inquiry, clearer interpretation, and a more honest intuitive assessment—so you can re-enter the Integration & Implementation loop even after a mess, even after a mistake.
And this is where external support often makes the difference. When we’re alone inside the pressure of judgment, inquiry collapses and rehearsal takes over. With skilled support—attunement, mirroring, deeper questioning, and grounded interpretation—it becomes far easier to come back into the body, restore clarity, and choose an implementable next step.
What it’s like to work with me
The work I offer is only “comforting” in one sense: I meet you with a deeply loving presence.
And that loving presence is not there to keep you comfortable.
It’s there to guide you into big realizations and real change—the kind that becomes visible in your nervous system, your choices, your relationships, and your life. In the session, we implement all aspects of the loop.
Clients take the loop with them into their daily life. I’m amazed by the way some clients praise this work. The method becomes so clear, that many find that they come to process the challenges that arise in life with greater efficiency and less effort. “Everything just flows now that I know what I know and see what I see. And it feels so incredible.”
I am so grateful to hear comments like this on a regular basis, and that keeps me committed to offering this work!
The Hexagon: the path of least resistance
I map the Loop of Integration & Implementation as a hexagon—six interdependent phases that form a stable container: Impact, Interoception, Inquiry, Interpretation, Intuition, and Integration/Implementation. It’s sequential in logic, but non-linear in practice. We can enter anywhere, because each session begins exactly where you are alive. But the hexagon shows something important: when all six phases are present, the process becomes structurally complete. Nothing has to be forced. Nothing has to be faked. Nothing has to be bypassed.

The hexagon is a practical structure. In nature, hexagons show up everywhere because they’re one of the most efficient ways to fill space—maximum coverage, minimum wasted energy. Honeycomb is the classic example: it’s strong, stable, and efficient. The structure distributes pressure. It holds. It doesn’t collapse just because life gets intense. Hexagons also show up in basalt columns, snowflake/ice crystal lattices, and bubble/foam patterns—places where nature builds maximum stability and coverage with minimal wasted energy.

In this sense, the Integration & Implementation Loop is your path of least resistance—not because it’s the easiest path, and not because it guarantees comfort or immediate success, but because it’s the most effective path. It uses the least energy to cover the most ground because it doesn’t leak power through the usual holes: bypass, rushing to meaning, skipping sensation, rehearsing instead of acting, over-spiritualizing, or insisting on certainty. It puts every part of you in the room—the body, the mind, the heart, the subconscious, and your capacity to choose.
And I want to clarify what “least resistance” really means here.
It doesn’t mean “do it the easy way.”
It means: do it the coherent way.
The loving way. The fun way. The empowered way. The heart-centered way. The most rewarding and sustainable way.
The challenges don’t disappear. There will still be many. What changes is the quality of the challenge: instead of wrestling with confusion, inner contradiction, and repeated collapses, you learn how to stay solid inside intensity, meet reality without dramatizing it, and convert difficulty into usable feedback. The hexagon holds under pressure—and over time, so do you.
This work doesn’t offer miracles that are handed out from above. It offers something better: real solutions and tangible changes that emerge through reality-contact. You take a step. Life answers. You refine. You take another step. The loop turns again. Even when you make mistakes—and you will sometimes—those outcomes become usable feedback instead of a collapse. The hexagon holds under pressure. That’s the point.
After each session with me, you get a recording from Zoom that includes a transcript so you can integrate the detailed information that’s often shared during the session. I am available for feedback and concerns that arise for implementation between sessions when you work with me long-term.
Some clients found that their life took a new and improved direction or that they found lasting relief around specific concerns after just one session with me. However, long-term clients report the greatest overall personal transformation and fulfillment of intentions.
One of my clients has told me that before our work, he never experienced the degree of happiness and excitement for life that is the norm for him now. Others echo that life continues to improve and fascinate them, and positive, meaningful synchronicity flows from doing this deep work. Clients discover increased self-trust, heightened focus, more effective communication, clearer boundaries, and an expanded sense of personal capacity through this work. I am really grateful to be able to offer it, and happy to answer any lingering questions if you send me an email at Dante.Filpini@gmail.com
