Pleiadian Council:
Hello and we say a fantastic day to all of you at this moment in your time. We speak on behalf of the Pleiadian Council supporting your planet in this process of spiritual evolution. And for this we are always deeply appreciative to be able to connect, co-create, and exchange energies that support us in deepening into connection with the source.

We begin by sharing a message we call the three steps from anxiety to excitement. This is important, as oftentimes some of you get confused between what is anxiety and what is excitement. These two states of consciousness are sometimes only a hairline apart. It is the slightest shift in your attitude and focus that makes the difference.

This shift is between focusing on fear or focusing on love. Fear is not your enemy—it is built to protect you. All frequencies are expressions of the same source, and even fear is a self-loving attempt to protect yourself. But often it is misdirected—it is false evidence appearing real rather than ultimate truth.

To move from anxiety to excitement, we offer three simple steps.

The first step is to acknowledge that anxiety is present. Step out of denial, bypassing, or distortion. Ask: where does anxiety live in my body? When you fully acknowledge and accept it, you can move forward.

The second step is to distinguish between real control and false control. Some teachings suggest letting go of all control—but this must be understood carefully. You do not control the weather, other people, or collective systems. But you can prepare, observe, and choose your actions.

You are like a sailboat. You do not control the wind or currents, but you control how you position your sail. Force creates resistance; alignment creates flow. Let go of what you cannot control and take responsibility for what you can.

You can influence others through compassion, but never control them. Healthy relationships honor freedom while encouraging care and connection.

Anxiety is distorted excitement that arises when you insist on outcomes. When you release that insistence, you return to flow.

The third step is to follow excitement again. Once you surrender what you cannot control, you regain access to what excites you. You act without over-concern for approval. Those aligned with your frequency will naturally meet you.

The hardest part is often the first step—recognizing anxiety. Many of you act from anxiety without realizing it. Reflect: what caused you to deny what you were feeling?

Ask yourself: what motivates me, and why?

You will see that often you were seeking a result indirectly, when a direct path was available—but that path requires recognizing your worthiness.

Distorted unworthiness manifests as doctrines that keep you dependent on authority. For example, original sin is an archetypal blueprint of self-abandonment.

This is a foundation. We now welcome your questions.

Participant 1:
Thank you so much for this opening. I have a question about shame—its origins and how to transform it.

Pleiadian Council:
Shame is connected to belonging. It arises when you feel excluded or fundamentally wrong. Shame is about who you are; guilt is about what you did.

Many people suppress both without distinguishing them. But shame can transform into connection when expressed and met with compassion.

The problem is that shame is often used by authoritarian systems to maintain control. People are taught they are inherently flawed, which keeps them seeking approval.

When you encounter shame, convert it into guilt. Recognize: there is nothing fundamentally wrong with me. If I made a mistake, I can correct it. This restores flow.

Participant 1:
Is there a connection between guilt and disappointment as a teacher?

Pleiadian Council:
Yes. Disappointment teaches you when your expectations were misaligned with reality. It often reveals where you believed you had control when you did not.

When you release attachment to a specific outcome, you open to a better one. Disappointment helps refine your alignment.

Participant 2:
How can we work with natural energies or elementals?

Pleiadian Council:
Begin with sensory awareness. Focus on your breath to develop inner awareness. Then engage with nature—touch a tree, feel its texture, notice sensations.

Observe: does energy move into your body? Do images or impressions arise?

Then explore other senses—hearing, sight. Eventually, immerse yourself fully. You will begin to experience yourself as part of the environment, not separate from it.

Participant 3:
How do you move beyond authoritarian conditioning?

Pleiadian Council:
First, recognize that you are free now. Then examine patterns—people often move from one authority to another until they see the pattern clearly.

Authoritarian systems appeal to the desire for certainty and purity. To move beyond them, cultivate comfort with uncertainty and a desire for unity over specialness.

You can participate in systems without identifying with them. Play roles without becoming them.

Participant 4:
How can people move beyond “us vs. them” thinking?

Pleiadian Council:
Recognize that most humans want to be good and to feel loved. When you understand others instead of trying to change them, you see the common thread of humanity.

Ask: what do they believe, and why? What shaped them?

Understanding dissolves separation.

Participant 5 (written question):
Why are fewer young men dating?

Pleiadian Council:
This is partly due to technological immersion. Younger generations formed identities within highly specialized online spaces, which can reduce openness to difference.

Additionally, increased awareness of past abuses created confusion and withdrawal in some men, leading to isolation.

Addressing this requires examining both technological habits and social conditioning.

Many of these beings must learn to reconnect with others without the in-between of a screen. Immersion in nature, connection with natural medicine, movement of the body, and sometimes difficult conversations about their core beliefs are necessary.

The more troubling truth is that many do not believe they are deserving of love, because they have not experienced it deeply. This is what we would say on that subject.

Participant 5:
Is there advice for helping them experience love so they can open to it?

Pleiadian Council:
More in-person meetups. More time off the screen. Dedicate hours of the day to putting the phone away and going into nature.

Meditation groups, coaching, therapy, and mind-body practices are helpful. Technology addiction often creates disconnection from the body. By becoming present with bodily sensations, repressed psychic energy begins to return.

A daily walk in nature is highly recommended. Do not bring your phone. Do not use headphones. Listen to nature. Feel your body in contact with the earth.

Participant 6:
I live in Ireland and I’m fascinated by Celtic mythology. Did the ancient Celts have contact with extraterrestrial beings?

Pleiadian Council:
Yes, though not in dramatic forms like ships landing. They encountered entities through shamanic and druidic practices.

They connected with nature spirits and sometimes perceived extraterrestrial beings, though they interpreted them as part of the spirit world. Some beings appeared, but their origin was not fully understood.

There are connections between spirit guides and extraterrestrial consciousness, sometimes disguised until one is ready to understand.

Participant 6:
Were Druidic rituals influenced by these beings?

Pleiadian Council:
Yes, but primarily through the spirits of the earth. These were their main teachers—guiding their understanding of plants, medicine, and ways of living.

Participant 6:
Is there a deeper reason I moved to Ireland?

Pleiadian Council:
Your move allowed you to meet new people who inspired you to look deeper within. It also brought challenges that opened you.

You have not yet met all those who will change your life there. There is more to discover, including possible connections to creative expression such as performance or community.

Participant 7:
When I was younger, I experienced something strange involving my body and later fainting spells. What could this be?

Pleiadian Council:
The experience relates more to physical intervention than extraterrestrial origins. Your body has been processing and releasing trauma from that event.

You have largely healed. Continuing to focus excessively on it may create regression. Instead, recognize it as part of your journey of reclaiming autonomy.

If fainting occurs, focus on deep belly breathing, presence, and gentle exercise. Movement will support your recovery.

Participant 7:
How can I become more embodied?

Pleiadian Council:
Engage in touch—hugs, massage, or exchanging bodywork. Practice meditation focused on sensation rather than visualization.

Take breaks from screen use. Stretch, breathe, and move regularly. Even showering can become a grounding sensory experience.

Participant 8:
What advice would you give someone who is single and wants to find love?

Pleiadian Council:
Own the desire fully. Speak about it. Write about it. Even write a love letter to your future partner.

Visualize where you might meet them. Then go to those environments regularly.

Affirmations and alignment matter—but you must also act. Put yourself where connection is possible.

Reflect on attachment styles. Many are drawn to partners who mirror their wounds—anxious to avoidant, avoidant to expressive.

Awareness of your attachment patterns will reduce unnecessary suffering.

Participant 8:
Can you explain attachment styles briefly?

Pleiadian Council:
Anxious attachment forms when love is inconsistent—creating fear of loss and constant monitoring.

Avoidant attachment forms when love feels intrusive or controlling—creating distance and self-protection.

It is also possible to be both. This creates a push-pull dynamic—needing closeness while fearing it.

Understanding your pattern is key to transforming it.

Participant 9:
I’ve had contact experiences and feel alone. What is my purpose?

Pleiadian Council:
You are a conduit—especially through art. Your sensitivity allows you to channel and express insights for others.

You are currently accessing only part of your potential. There is more available if you release fear of being too expressive or confronting.

You also carry a power of voice connected to your visions. Continue expanding your comfort zone.

Participant 10:
Do you have recommendations for fibroids?

Pleiadian Council:
Massage and practices like gua sha can help. Gentle movement, stretching fascia, and practices like yin yoga are beneficial.

Participant 11:
My empathy feels overwhelming. I cry often and feel dysregulated. What can I do?

Pleiadian Council:
The tears are part of your healing. Do not shame the sadness.

This grief is older than your current situation. It connects to deeper layers, including your own childhood experiences.

Recognize that what was passed to you was also passed to those before you. This allows compassion and acceptance.

We suggest:

  • Alternate nostril breathing (longer exhale) daily
  • Creating a sacred space to process emotions intentionally
  • Gentle exercise to reconnect with the body
  • Allowing crying as purification rather than failure

Additionally, a plant such as rhodiola rosea may support clarity and energy.

Participant 11:
I had a profound awakening experience. What does it mean?

Pleiadian Council:
It is part of a larger pattern of healing and understanding.

Develop pattern recognition. See how experiences connect across your life—your upbringing, your relationships, and your current challenges.

Zooming out reveals meaning. Zooming in too tightly can create suffering.

Your realization of unity reflects truth—you are part of a larger whole, playing out patterns that can be transformed.

Pleiadian Council (Closing):
We thank all of you for co-creating this interaction.

Remember: you are free when you understand what you can and cannot control. Like a sailboat, you direct the sail—but not the wind or currents.

When you accept this, you gain the power to navigate your life with clarity and alignment.

Our unconditional love to you all.
